I specialize in supporting adults ages 18-60 with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. My particular expertise is in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), panic disorder, major depressive disorder, binge eating disorder, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

During our 15 minute complementary telephone consultation, I will ask a few questions to determine if we are compatible. If so, we will proceed with scheduling an intake session.

During our intake session, I will conduct a comprehensive history of your mental health needs and we will collaboratively develop a treatment plan.

I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
